Splintex Gold is formulated for older cold splints and other indications such as capped hocks, sesamoiditis & early ringbone.  Applying Splintex is easy and there is normally no interruption to the horse’s daily routine and work can be continued, as normal. Over 30 days of application of Splintex Gold using an on/off cycle is often required for best results.

Splintex Gold is formulated for older cold splints and other indications such as capped hocks & early ringbone.

Applying Splintex is easy and there is normally no disruption to the horse’s daily routine.

Work can be continued, as normal. Over 30 days of application of Splintex using an on/off cycle is often required for best results.

Apply Splintex Gold very lightly every day for 3 days then have 2 days off. (5-day cycles) Bandaging is not required.

If scurfing occurs reduce the amount of the substance applied. The application time may be in excess of 30-60 days or more for excessively large formed splints.

Continue following the 5-day cycles as long as necessary.

Formulated for hardened splints and other indications such as curbs, spavins, thoroughpins and windgalls.

Important Notice: Do not mix with DMSO.
