Stable Bandage Pads
If it’s one thing professional and amateur horse riders like to do, it’s to protect the horses legs in the stable and when travelling to and from a show. Known as “stable bandage pads”, the Kentucky Quilted Stable Bandage Pads are also used widely for transport everyday worldwide, as riders look to provide maximum protection and support for the horses legs during travel and in the stable.
Made of a soft luxury padding and quilted design, the stable bandage pads allow pressure to be evenly distributed under bandages offering maximum support. Their soft design means they will not rub or cause irritation on the horses legs, and most importantly they do not slip down.
When bandaged well, the pads can be used overnight in the stable and for long distant travel, including transport via planes etc (although when flying we would recommend the Recuptex Stable Bandage Pads). As always we would advise that a novice be supervised when bandaging your horse or pony.
Available in a pack of 4, the Kentucky Quilted Stable Bandage Pads measure 83cm x 46cm and are washable at 30°C.
To help prevent your pads from clumping after wash, we know in the past that users will place a tennis ball in the tumble drier to restore volume and maintain the protection on your horses legs. When drying, the tumble drier should be a luke warm cool heat so not to cause damage to your pads.
