Horse Browbands

The browbands here come from Dy’on and split between two of the brand’s main bridle lines: the Dy’on Collection, finished with cream stitching and a brass Dy’on pin on Grade 1 European leather, and the New English Collection, made from Grade 1 Catalan leather with matching coloured stitching and a stainless steel Dy’on logo on the side. Each browband is built to slot onto the matching headpieces and nosebands from the same line, so replacing a worn browband or building up a coordinated bridle piece by piece is straightforward.

Three shapes run across the range. The straight version sits flat across the forehead in the traditional shape. The anatomic shape is curved through the centre to clear the temples and pairs with the anatomic nosebands and headpieces from the same collection. The V-shaped browband angles down at the centre for a more pronounced outline, offered with brass clinchers for a subtle finish or, on the New English Half Swarovski V-Shaped, with genuine Swarovski stones set across one half of the band for competition wear. The Brass Clincher Straight Browband carries the clincher detail on a straight shape for riders wanting the decoration without the V-line.

Every browband is stocked in Pony, Cob, Full, and Extra Full, with black and brown options across the range. For a full bridle build, the matching horse reins and bridle cheekpieces from the same Dy’on collection sit alongside, and the wider bridlework section covers complete bridles, breastplates, and martingales.
