This site is operated by Just Equine Limited }} (‘we’, ‘our’, or ‘us’). We are registered in England and Wales under company number Just Equine Limited with our registered office at Meadow View, Parbrook, Billingshurst, England, RH14 9ET.
This page along with documents referenced govern the users (‘you’ or ‘your’) the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you from our website.
Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from the site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access nor use the Website. If you have any queries regarding these Terms then please contact us.
Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When ordering if the products are not available you will be notified and have the option to wait or cancel your order.
The contract between you and us will be once we have debited your credit/debit or PayPal account or when we have dispatched your order. The contract only relates to the products which have been confirmed for dispatch.
The products sold on our website are not for re-sale or distribution unless you are a trade customer. We reserve the right to cancel/ suspend accounts where we believe our products are in breach of this.
We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
We may be unable to process your order if:
- the Product you ordered is out of stock or discontinued; or
- there is a problem with authorisation of your method of payment.
Once you have placed your order you will be directed to an order confirmation page which will provide you information about your order including your order number. You should assume that your order has been successfully placed. If something is incorrect on this pages please contact us immediately. No amends can be made by you to your order after this point.
We will where possible send you an order confirmation email. This will provide you information about your order including your order number. If you do not receive an order confirmation email please check your spam folder or contact us to receive a new copy.
If you received a duplicated confirmation email please contact us to check to see if you have a duplicated order.
Pricing and Payments
The price of any products will be as quoted on the site at that time, except in cases of obvious error. Prices can change at any time, these changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and we have sent you a dispatch confirmation.
Your order will be completed once you have paid for it in full. We accept the following payment methods:
- All major credit/debit cards which are Visa or Mastercard.
- Paypal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
When paying via your credit/debit card you confirm that the card being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.
All prices include VAT where appropriate for UK customers.
If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country In some circumstances these taxes may not apply to you; it is your responsibility to determine if you are required to pay a different rate of tax and to inform us of this immediately after placing your order.
Delivery
We will deliver the products to you in accordance with the delivery option specified by you when you placed your order. All delivery charges will be stated at the time of ordering. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a delivery service from the available options.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
Delivery will be made to the delivery address you have specified in your order. If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete delivery address you may be charged a re shipping fee to attempt the delivery again.
Where an item has been returned to us due an error on our or our carriers part, you will not be charged for redelivery of your order.
We and/or companies may contact you by SMS or email with information regarding your delivery and provide delivery updates.
Free delivery only applies to UK Mainland this excludes the Shetland Isles, Outer Hebrides, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly and Northern Ireland.

Products
We make every effort to ensure that our descriptions are error free and correct at the time of updating our system, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.
Photographs of products have been taken professionally with high quality camera equipment. We can not guarantee that the photos you see on screen will look identical to what you receive.
All availability and stock data is correct as at the end of the previous working day.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Changes
All items purchased from Just Equine Ltd, ordered online or by phone or whilst visiting a trade stand may be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original NEW condition. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order and provide a proof of purchase.
If you have placed an order you can cancel this at anytime up to the point of dispatch. Contact us to cancel your order.
If you received the wrong product please contact us immediately and we will want to resolve this quickly for you. To receive a replacement you must return the product in the same condition as in which you received them within 30 days of receiving the products.
The following products cannot be returned:
- products that are personalised, bespoke, altered or otherwise made to your specification.
- Opened Supplements (Where your horse does not like the taste or smell).
- Special pre-ordered Bombers Bits or altered Leatherwork.
- Bombers Bits & Trust Flexi Bits. The soft mouthpiece and sweet iron bits can easily be marked by a horse. We are then unable to sell this as a new and unused product, if it is returned to us.
- We are unable to issue refunds for returned Sale or Discounted items. A credit note to the value spent will be issued instead. Sale items purchased in our shop or at trade stands are non-returnable.
- You must make your own arrangements to return any purchases to us and you are responsible for the cost of return unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and cost as you are responsible for the returned goods until they arrive in our warehouse. For faulty goods you will be refunded the cost of shipping the item back to us.
- A courier fee will be charged for all exchanges. Costs will vary depending on country destination.
- If you are returning goods from the USA or the Rest Of The World, please ensure you tick the box on the customs paperwork to indicate it is a return. Failure to do this may result in you being liable for further customs charges.
- All items being returned must be sent back to Just Equine Ltd. The Office. Leyshurst Farm. West Chiltington Lane. Coneyhurst. West Sussex. RH14 9DY. England. UK.
- We will allow any item purchased in December (Not including Sale or Discounted Items) to be returned at the end of January the following year. (Eg. Items purchased in December 2019 can be returned for a refund by End of January 2020).
- All goods returned to Just Equine Ltd, must be in a clean condition and free from horse hair. The box or packaging must also be returned in good condition. Any goods that are deemed as too dirty to handle will be returned to you.
You will be responsible for returning the product to us, we are unable to refund the cost of original shipping charges for goods purchased from our site.
After we have received your products we will reimburse you all sums owed to you. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of the product if the loss is a result of the unnecessary handling by you or if it relates to incorrect paid customs and duty charges. All reimbursements will be by the same method in which you originally paid.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of when:
- We received the products back from you,
- Where proof of postage has been obtained from you.
- 14 days after the notice you cancelled your order.
Any item you have accepted and then return is your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse.
Please ensure that you send your product(s) back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Customs & Duty
When ordering from overseas you will incur customs & duty charges for importing products. This is outside of our control. If you fail to pay the charges you understand that any return cost deducted from your original payment.
Risk and Ownership
Once you have received the products you have ordered these will be your responsibility, this does not apply if the products that are delivered are damaged or faulty. We will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered.
The conditions of ownership of the product will pass onto you when: delivery of the products or us receive full payment due on respect of the Products, whichever is the later.
Intellectual Property
You acknowledge and agree that the content and materials placed on our websites protected by copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights. The content and material will remain with us or our licencors.
You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Website.
Limitation of Liability
We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with the contract. We will not accept any liability for any losses that occur which is not reasonably foreseeable or for any business loss (which includes loss of profits, contracts, goodwill, opportunity and other similar losses).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- any breach of the obligations implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 or section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982;
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
- any deliberate breaches of these Terms that would entitle you to terminate the Contract.
- any other matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
Nothing in the Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, our responsibility for fraudulent misrepresentation and any other liability that cannot, or that of our servants, agents or employees. under English law, be excluded.
When purchasing any of our products you must follow the advice given to keep the products safe, this includes any instructions included. We cannot accept liability for damage to Products we have supplied which is caused by your failure to follow this advice.
Nothing in this section or elsewhere in our Terms & Conditions affects your statutory legal rights.

We take data and security seriously, we will always treat your personal data as confidential unless we reserve the right to disclose the information in accordance with our privacy policy.

Severance
If any part of the terms and conditions shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severable from the terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of the terms and conditions.
Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
Applicable Law
The terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
Entire Agreement
These Terms form the entire basis of any agreement reached between you and us. Your Statutory Rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. Nothing in this Clause shall limit or exclude our liability in respect of any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation whether or not such has become a term of the Conditions.
Survival
Each provision of the Conditions shall be construed as separately applying and surviving even if for any reason one or other of those provisions is held to be inapplicable or unenforceable in any circumstances.

Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Changes & Updates
We shall be entitled to amend or vary these terms from time to time. Updated versions of these terms can be found on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page for changes. All changes will apply once updated and we will announce changes on our website. If you do not wish to accept the new terms you should not use our website. If you continue to use our website after the changes come into effect your use indicates your agreement to be bound by our terms.
