How Can We Help?
Some products have free postage and these are shown on the website. A next day Courier Service is used for all shipping.
At present due to a technical error, Products with a variable option are shown on the shop page without VAT. VAT is then added to the basket depending on the customer location. Products displayed in the shop with no variables are shown with Net VAT and VAT inclusive prices. The Basket is shown with the items with VAT added. The VAT calculation is also displayed.
Prices include VAT. For UK Only – postage costs are as follows.

Returns or Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item (or items) in original condition within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a full refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different size and/or colour if preferred.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. You are responsible for postage costs of any returned items.
All products returned under complaint must be clean and dry (Health & Safety Act). A copy of the sales invoice must be included. We will replace any defective item with an identical one whenever possible. If the item you bought is obsolete or non-replaceable you will be offered an exchange option or a refund. In order to keep costs down for all customers we will not refund postage costs unless the products are found to be faulty or supplied incorrectly. Where possible, the original packaging should be used, small items must be securely packed. Just Equine Limited is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit and reserves the right to charge a nominal fee for returned goods damaged due to improper packing on return.
If the item you received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered, please call 01403 249966 and give details of the product and the reason for return. Please state whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased, for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s), and can be sent by email to Just Equine
Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
