• Use a recognisable name so that the person who is receiving the voucher can identify who sent them the gift.

How do I receive an Gift Voucher?

Once your order has been processed and we have taken payment, you will be emailed the electronic eGift Voucher code to the email address you have selected. You will not receive anything in the post for the eGift Vouchers that you order.

I am the recipient of an eGift Voucher, how do I redeem it?

Gift Vouchers can be used to purchase any product on our online store. They are not redeemable over the phone. You can apply your code in the card using the voucher code box.

Can I return my Gift Voucher?

We cannot accept returns or refunds for gift vouchers except in accordance with your statutory rights. The value of the Gift Voucher cannot be converted back to cash.

I haven’t received / lost my gift voucher?

Please ask the purchaser first if they have the details of your voucher. If they cannot find the details please ask the purchaser to contact us.

We will be able to check and re issue a gift voucher. Please be aware that gift vouchers can not be reissued if they have already been redeemed. The original expiry date will still apply.
