Trust Hackamore
The Trust Hackamore combines a hackamore with a bit. The combination hackamore is a type of jawpiece that uses leverage to apply pressure on the nose, chin, and in the mouth. The longer the shanks of the hackamore, the more intense the pressure. A combination with shorter shanks results in a milder effect compared to a long-shanked hackamore combination. The longer shanked hackamore bits are typically used for very spirited horses during training. Owing to the leverage effect, these bits are quite strong and are not recommended for novice riders.
