Stable Rug Withers Comfort
Designed for horses that require additional comfort around the withers, the Stable Rug Withers Comfort combines a durable 900D ripstop outer with innovative pressure-relieving padding around the shoulders and withers for a more comfortable fit in the stable.
Maximum comfort around your horses withers
Traditional stable rugs are know to create concentrated pressure on the horses withers and shoulders, especially when worn for long periods of time in the stables. The Kentucky Stable Rug Withers Comfort reduces that issue by using an innovative design with cleverly positioned padding to spread the pressure of the rug over a wider area. As a result the area is free from pressure and with the addition of the smooth inner lining, helps reduce the potential of rubs and discomfort.
Key Features
- Strong 900D ripstop polyester outer for excellent durability and resistance to everyday stable wear
- Available in both 100g and 200g fillings, so you can choose the right level of warmth for the weather and your horse
- Smooth inner lining to reduce friction and rubbing around the shoulders and coat
- Innovative Withers Comfort padding to distribute pressure more evenly across the shoulder and withers area
- Extra freedom around sensitive pressure points to help reduce concentrated pressure at the withers
- Enhanced shoulder comfort, particularly suitable for horses prone to rubbing or pressure at the front of the rug
Built to last, easy to tailor
Thanks to the durable 900D ripstop polyester outer and a choice of fillings, the Stable Rug Withers Comfort offers a practical mix of warmth and pressure-relieving comfort for everyday stable use. Most of our products are machine washable at 30 degrees. However, we recommend washing them as infrequently as possible and using our Kentucky protective washing bags in order to maintain quality over the long term. We also recommend using professional machines if possible with a larger capacity to limit damage from the drum of the normal washing machine. To dry it, simply put it outside on a sunny day. The dryer is not recommended.
