Freejump Air’S Stirrup
The Freejump Air’S Stirrups set a new standard in the world of traditional horse riding stirrups. Made from stainless steel and a mounted tread, the unique air-cushion sole offers superior shock absorption, providing great comfort to any rider.
The upper Freejump branded headband will release under high pressure. As a result, this will help the riders foot release in the event of a fall. As always, the Air’S horse riding stirrups have been fitted with larger studs that give the foot excellent grip on the footbed. The super-grip and studs cover all of the tread including the rear edge. As a result this offers essential grip for riders riding on their toe edge.
The stirrup is also set at an incline to help keep your heels down. This of course helps the riding and aids the leg position.
We now stock the most popular version. The angled offset stirrups with inclined grip.
Available in Black, Navy, Choco or Red.
What are the best shock absorbing stirrups?
The Air’S Stirrups are great for riders that suffer painful knees ankles and joints from riding. Unfortunately age catches up with all of us, so where we can make riding more comfortable, we look to choose a more comfortable stirrup. The Air’S Stirrups provide up to 6mm of shock absorption travel where the Soft Up Pro Plus is a staggering 9mm of travel.
Why do we stock the angled offset Air’S Stirrups?
Here at Just Equine we feel, that from experience. The Offset Air’S Stirrups with inclined grip give the rider a better foot position. This encourages the rider to keep their heels down. If the rider should lose their stirrup, the angle of the hanging stirrups allow the rider to find the stirrup more easily and as a result get their foot back into position.
Do Freejump Air’S Stirrups allow your foot to release?
Unlike the Freejump Soft Up Pro Plus, Classic Stirrups and Childrens Freejump Stirrups, the Air’S Stirrups do not have a flexible outer branch. The Air’S Stirrups fitted with a branded headband towards the upper part of the stirrup, will release in the event of a fall. As a result this will aid the foot in releasing from the stirrup, should the rider fall.
What Stirrup Leather Shall I Use With Freejump Air’S Stirrups?
Personally although you can use any stirrups leather with the Air’S stirrups, we would advise the rider use the Classic Wide Stirrup Leathers. The reason for this is due to the Classic Wide Stirrup Leather being that much wider than most stirrup leathers on the market. As a result, the width of the leather, means the stirrups is less like to shift when riding and also means less bulk under the leg.
Please be aware. All though the Air’S stirrups have a branded headband that in the event of a fall will release. Like the Soft Up Pro and Classic Range. They do not guarantee 100% total safety.
Should you wish to order any other design in the Air’S stirrups we will happily order them in.
We have an amazing selection of Horse Riding Stirrups to chose from if the Air’S are not to your liking. Check more out here.
