Fire Safety Stick
Fire Safety Stick produces compact, portable fire extinguishers designed for use in stables, horseboxes, tack rooms and workshops. The aerosol based units are lightweight, easy to store and require no servicing over their 15 year lifespan.
How They Work
Fire Safety Sticks discharge a fire suppressing aerosol that starves flames of oxygen. Unlike traditional extinguishers, they leave no powder or foam residue to clean up afterwards. The units are activated by removing a safety pin and pressing a trigger, making them straightforward to use in an emergency.
Sizes Available
The range includes two sizes: a 50 second discharge for smaller spaces like vehicles and tack rooms, and a 100 second version for larger areas such as stables and barns. Both are compact enough to mount on a wall or store in a horsebox without taking up much space.
Why They Suit Equestrian Use
Stables, hay stores and horseboxes all present fire risks. Having a Fire Safety Stick within easy reach gives you a first response option while waiting for emergency services. The units work on electrical fires, fuel fires and general combustibles, covering the most common causes of yard fires.
Maintenance Free
Traditional fire extinguishers require regular servicing and pressure checks. Fire Safety Sticks have no moving parts and no pressure gauge to monitor. They remain ready to use for up to 15 years from manufacture, with no ongoing maintenance costs.
