Why Bamboo Shield?
We prioritize sustainability in all our products. Bamboo is a renewable resource that grows rapidly and possesses remarkable tensile strength. It is the perfect material to prevent sharp objects from penetrating while providing natural antibacterial properties to keep the boots fresh.
Boot Construction & Durability
Our Bamboo Shield front boots feature a strong TPU shell with strategically placed ventilation holes and an enlarged mesh triangle for enhanced breathability. The added bamboo shield insert in the tendon and knee areas ensures ultimate protection against impacts and penetration.
Where the horse flexes, a soft natural rubber piece reduces friction and provides extra comfort. Additionally, the inner layer of the boots is reinforced with TPU to withstand high abrasion during intense training or competition.
Our In-House Testing
We’ve gone above and beyond to ensure durability with our custom-built testing machine, which simulates forces of 80N on a horizontal horse leg using a razor-sharp axe. Our Bamboo Shield boots passed this extreme test, far surpassing any real-world impact during riding. These boots have been rigorously tested and certified with Rico and RCT standards for maximum safety and protection.

Made with our renowned 3D Spacer lining, commonly used in our turnout boots and horse rugs, these boots offer exceptional breathability and comfort. The TPU outer shell is lightweight yet robust, while the bamboo shield insert in the tendon and knee areas provides unparalleled impact protection.
Shape & Fit
Designed anatomically to fit the contours of the horse’s leg, these boots offer a snug, comfortable fit, giving your horse the freedom to move with ease. The soft rubber insert below the joint ensures added comfort and reduces any discomfort during flexion.
Care Instructions
These boots are machine washable at 30°C (no tumble dryer). For best results, use a washing bag to protect the material from scratches. For a perfect finish, we recommend using our TPU boot cleaner to keep your boots looking as good as new.
