The Trust Sealtex Latex Bit Bandage is the only bandage that is completely unaffected by water. It doesn’t have a weave or mesh, so will not become clogged with mud or dirt as a result this therefore absorbs no water or moisture.
One of most common uses for the Trust Sealtex Latex Bit Bandage, is to be used to wrap bits where rubbing has occurred and prevent further soreness, but it can be used on other parts of the body, to support legs and under boots as extra cushion where no fasteners are required.
Trust Sealtex Latex Bit Bandage is self sealing and sticks soundly to itself, yet to nothing else. It will not loosen but has elastic properties so will give support yet flex, should it be required.
This bit bandage has high elasticity. When the bandage stretches, adhesion is created and it sticks to itself. As it is made of 100% latex, it is not harmful to the horse and does not give off any taste. No residue is left on the bit either.
This 100% latex bit bandage is self-adhesive, has a width of 4 cm and is 1 mm thinner than the old Sealtex. This makes it even easier to wrap the bit bandage.
One package contains 2 rolls of 60 cm. One roll is more than enough for one bit.
