Turnout Rug All Weather Waterproof Pro
The Turnout Rug All Weather Waterproof Pro is a highly durable outdoor rug that shields your horse from the cold and rain. It’s designed for comfort, featuring a lining of soft artificial rabbit skin.
The rug’s exterior shell is made of 1680D polyester with a canvas appearance, known for its strength, longevity, and resistance to dirt. Its PU waterproof coating (ISO 10,000mm) ensures your horse stays dry.
The interior fill of PES fiber, available in weights from 0g to 300g, is both warm and breathable and allows air to flow through its layered structure. Lined with Kentucky’s exclusive artificial rabbit skin, it not only prevents chafing but also adds an extra layer of insulation alongside the fiber fill.
In terms of shape and size, the rug is anatomically designed with no back seam to prevent leaks. The artificial rabbit skin lining ensures the rug returns to its proper position after the horse rolls. It includes a hook and loop closure system, two front closures, two cross surcingles made from seatbelt webbing, and a plastic-coated bungee cord for easy maintenance.
An additional neck piece is available for extra protection, sold separate.
For care, the Turnout Rug All Weather Waterproof Pro is machine washable at 30 degrees. After more than five washes, we recommend a fluorocarbon treatment to maintain its waterproof quality.
