Kentucky Horsewear Cooler Sheet
The Kentucky Horsewear Cooler Sheet Softshell is a great rug for competitions and travelling to shows. Its’ luxury soft feel is kind on your horses coat and is made to protect your horses back against the cold wind and fresh weather conditions acting like a second skin.
Made from a super breathable fabric, the rug can therefore be used on warmer days and of course after exercise. As a result, keeping your horse comfortable at all times. The bottom half of the rug is made from a mesh fabric almost similar to that of the Mesh Combo Cooler Sheet. This is obviously very breathable and helps prevent flies from touching your horse.
The artificial sheepskin helps protect the withers from rubs and pressure marks. The Cooler Sheet Softshell has double front closures and a strong Velcro closure on the chest that are reinforced with Kentucky’s artificial leather patch.
The two surcingles are adjustable and also reinforced with again artificial leather. They are both detachable and attached to the inside of the sheet. There is a nylon bungee cord that helps keep the sheet in place and stops it riding up the horse. The nylon tail cord is detachable and is also covered in a plastic cover which allows easy cleaning.
The rug is also machine washable at 30°. Do Not Tumble Dry.
